Where available, tracking information is shared by email once the order ships. Some services provide limited scan events; data may appear with a short delay.

5. Taxes, Duties & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

6. Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays and may incur additional costs. We are not responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to address errors.

If the carrier cannot deliver, they may attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel at a pickup point. Uncollected parcels that return to us can be reshipped once additional postage is paid.
